Star Fox 64: 3DS

Now this was my first time playing any type of Star Fox game.

I was impressed (probably by the 3D)

The game's alright, not really my type of thing , played it on Tuesday while trying to buy some time.

What bothered me about this game was the other characters
they wouldn't stfu (like bella from Twilight -____-)
Constantly repeating the same phrases over and over again.

Also I didn't like that I had to learn the tutorial in order to use the moves demostrated when you start the game.
Normally there's an option to skip it :P


P.S. ahah because this a Star Fox remake

Resistance 3: Review

Today a paid a visit to my cousin as well as gizmo (his dog).
I was surprised that he owned a PS3 as well as an Wii , yet they were surrounded by XBOX games (with an xbox nowhere to be found...) He told me this game was new and the best. Ha so called Resistance 3; I found that hard to believe. So I did a bit of research on it when I came home, he was right about it being new.

It was released on the 6th of last month, developed by Insomniac games. This isn't my typical game but I'm getting into the shooters (yes I'm thinking about buying halo. For those of you that don't know I've been hardcore anti on FPS)


Took me awhile to figure it out, since I'm not a PS3 owner, I'm loving the wireless controllers (as always)
I have no problem operating the Ps3 I had problems operating the games it took me awhile to adjust to grenade throwing, blocking, jumping, shooting and camera angles.

My personal problem lately with all games are maps, the maps suck but in general they don't give you the layout of the area you must explore so in a way that does give you the feel of oh I'm in a deserted location.

I set the game to 2 Player offline and we started from the beginning of the game. At Home, my name was Joe and Model's name was John. The screen was split in two, player one on the top and player two on the bottom, When games do split screens I prefer that the splits be side by side instead of one on top and one on the bottom. For me it's a much better view.

Home was a dug out room underground in a cave, I thought it was weird. (Just as the hospital was, crappy) Great design, on the aliens. The weapons were love <3

Reviving was awesome, yet not much instructor it's a figure you out -____- (you're gonna love the grenades yo)

I won't ever go into detail about what happens in the game, I do not want to spoil it for anyone, if you want to know more go buy it yourself :]


For my first time play I give it a 4.5/5
There was no glitching but that's not to say it doesn't exist, only played up to chapter 3 :P
